The Seafood that you eat at the Black Whale has, where possible, been caught by the local fishermen.
Our staff are all, either married or related to fishermen. Wilma Timmons is our head cook and she started with us when we first opened in 1972.
The Black Whale is not a Gourmet Restaurant. The goal of the Black Whale is to provide good, fresh Seafood to thousands of travelers who are seeking quality food at a fair price.
